上星期说会安排去看三间Clementi45X的四房的Agent没打电话来,我也没打去因为有点累了,反正也不会买Clementi了。
只打了一个电话给上星期看的Eunos/Bedok四房对面Blk的一间四房。
Agent说有好几组的人要看,叫我5pm去。心里想,好啊,听说两年前,有些屋子当有好几组人同时看时,会像Auction一样,当场出价价高者的,可能有机会见识一下了。
到了时和其他两组人一起看,Agent说之前已经有几组看了。屋子是OriginalCondition,连窗口都是Original。
问她屋主要卖多少,她叫我Offer。
离开后,带家人到PunggolBeach看看,没去过Punggol,顺便看看HDB的最新BTOPungggolResidence的地点。
本来没想SMS她的,可是女儿拿我的电话来玩,不小心Sent了个BlankSMS给她。以下是我们的SMS往来。
她:No text frm u.
我:Sorry. Pls let me know how much the owner accept to close the deal and I will consider. Don't ask me to offer. Thanks a lot.
她:My last offer 23k.
我:Thanks. The price is not justified compared to the unit I viewed in the opposite block. We will not consider. Thanks again.
她:U can pay only hw much let me know.
我:Far below 23k as I will do thorough reno if buy this. Thanks anyway.
她:15k hw?
(我在吃饭,不想理她,半小时后)
她:10k u can I will try?
我:Sorry. Just did the calculation. Due to the cost of thoro reno, even sell at valuation, it is still better for me to get the other unit. Thanks.
